Conference Headquarters

The Conference Headquarters is the Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square. The Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square is Christchurch’s newest 4 star international hotel, superbly located in the heart of the garden city. The historic charm of the 1863 heritage–listed Warners Hotel and a modern contemporary designed Novotel tower complement each other to form a very unique venue full of charm and sophistication.

Conference registrations and all GWC committee meetings will be held at the Novotel.

Accommodation Bookings

When booking accommodation, single nights down payment will need to be made as a deposit. This can be paid online or an invoice can be sent. All hotel costs and the remaining nights should be paid on delegates departure from the hotel.

Check-in and Check-out Options

Group booking specials have been confirmed, which cover the conference dates (31 October to 4 November 2010). If delegates stay either side of the conference, an early check-in or late check-out is available on request during the online process.
